Prof. Hossam Haick a member of the Technion Wolfson Faculty of Chemical Engineering and a researcher at the Technion’s Russell Berrie Nanotechnology Institute is heading a research consortium that is developing a product that, when coupled with a smartphone, will be able to screen the user’s breath for early detection of life-threatening diseases.
