Requested Tutorial... Shoulder duck outs will help with the flow element of this but I break down the Around the world neck lock for you. Start with hoop on the left side of the body with it locked against the neck on the left side. Turn toward the right side flipping the hoop through space as you do so.... continue with the momentum and lift up as the hoop falls behind you. Use your right arm to help lock the hoop against the sternum. Keep moving the hoop around to the left but this time lock it against the right shoulder as you flip the hoop through space one more time. Lift the hoop back to the horizontal position before releasing into a shoulder duck out xxx Have fun. Please ask questions xxxx
