On July 18, 2010 John Horrigan read the preface for the reading of the Declaration of Independence on the steps of the Fowle House in Watertown, MA to commemorate the event that took place there on July 18th and 19th, 1776. Horrigan then represented the Provincial Congress for the signing of the Watertown Treaty when he played the President of the Massachusetts Council, James Bowdoin and signed the Watertown Treaty alongside the chief of the Mi'kmaq Indians.
