So most people don't know they have a dull vegetable peeler, and how to sharpen it, and the difference it'll make. Take the top blade of the peeler and your paring knife and you just go back and forth and you turn it on the other side, same blade, back and forth. It'll dull the blade of your knife so I just bought like a three dollar paring knife that I use just for that.
