Scouts from Troop 594 came to Harrisburg University of Science and Technology to earn their robotics merit badges. The scouts worked with Dr. Luis Paris of the faculty. Earning the Robotics merit badge requires the Scouts to understand how robots move (actuators), sense the environment (sensors), and understand what to do (programming); and to demonstrate robot design in building a robot. It's a natural fit for Dr. Paris as he teaches robotics at the University and runs a summer camp program on robotics. More on that program at http://www.harrisburgu.edu/academics/...
