I wanted to use the time lapse settings on my Drift HD to make a video. I've always found time lapse videos fascinating to watch, and recently learned how difficult they are to make. I wanted to film a few sites that were instantly recognizable as Panama City, but mostly I wanted to focus on normal non-tourist places. Sort of a quick snap shot of what it's like to live in Panama City, Panama.
I shot this over several days of mostly walking around the city and looking for cool places to set up for a while. Most of the shots the camera is set to take a photo every 2 seconds, but some had intervals of 10 seconds. When I would find a good spot I would set up the camera and let it run for about 10 minutes. It was hard cutting out so much footage to keep with the beat of the music, but I felt that it was more interesting that way.
