In this video you can see me playing as Zerg against the Insane AI Zerg. The tactic utilized is commonly known as 6-pool, which basically means I have 6 Drones at the time I start constructing a Spawning Pool. One could call this tactic the "ultimate cheese", but nevertheless it does its job, and I walk away victorious. I am not a professional player of any kind and my skills are very casual (as in bad). Here's how 6-pool works in this video:

Start mining with your Drones and keep doing that until you reach 200 minerals. At this exact point build a Spawning Pool. Now build 2 Drones and an Overlord, in this order. By this time the Spawning Pool should be ready, and you start building Zerglings. Rally the Zerglings near the enemy base. Now the rest of the game will only involve micromanaging your Zerglings and building more of them (possibly a few Overlords if you reach the cap). Wait until two pairs reach their base, and proceed attacking. Your primary target is the Roach Warren, because it allows the production of the most deadly units at the early stages, the Roaches. It has to be taken down quickly: if a completed Roach Warren stays intact for even one second, it can mean (in the worst case scenario) the start of a production of three or more Roaches, which can not be interrupted. But in order to destroy a Roach Warren, you have to make sure there are no Queens, Roaches or Zerglings killing your Zerglings, which you should drag out of the base and kill immediately. Run away from the Drones, since they will always go back to mining when you retreat. After the Roach Warren your next target is the Spawning Pool. Remember that destroying a building can unleash multiple Broodlings on your Zerglings, and it is a very good idea to run away from them, because they can cause heavy damage, but they will die all by themselves in a few seconds. After the Spawning Pool comes their second Hatchery, unless you feel your army is big enough to take on their Drones. Once you get the Drones down, the victory is inevitable.

Kill order:
1. Queens, Roaches and Zerglings
2. Roach Warren
3. Spawning Pool
4. Second Hatchery
5. Drones
6. Main Hatchery
7. Everything else

Speed, micromanaging skills and the right kill order are the keys to victory here. Good luck.
