This is a wonderful dish my mom and I made. YUM YUM! Follow along with me while I make it! Ingredients: 1/2 c steamed quinoa 1/4 - 1/2 c faro (spelt), brown rice, wheat berries or kumut cubed cooked beet cubed jicama or daikon cubed carrot cubed cucumber cubed radish cubed apple w/skin parsley/cilantro/mint combo 3 T olive oil, 1 t. sesame oil, 1/2 t rice vinegar, 1/2 juice of a lemon toasted pecans
