Controversy is trailing the exact amount the Federal Government is owing fuel marketers even as the crisis persists. At a meeting with the marketers, the Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and the major oil markerters could not agree on the exact amount being owed as outstanding subsidy.
