Regular physical activity can produce long term health benefits by reducing your risk of many health conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes. It can also increase your chances of living longer, help you control your weight, and even help you sleep better. For physical activity to provide health benefits, it requires a moderate or vigorous level of effort. This video explains aerobic activities and provides easy to understand examples of different levels of effort.
