ST. LOUIS, MO - At least three people have been shot at a local plant and police are searching for Tim Hendron. St. Louis Police are now putting out a APB for a vehicle associated with the shooting at ABB Power. It is a 2001 nissan truck, pewter in color with Missouri tags "OKK 696". FOX 2 has tracked information on the vehicle and it's registered to a man and woman who reside in Webster Groves. Police have shut down Interstate 70 between Jennings Station and Union in both directions near the shooting scene. Several employees have been able to leave the ABB plant.

Police are confirming that three people have been shot. Their conditions are not know. Police are still looking for the shooting. It happened at 6:30 a.m. Several At least five people have been injured at the ABB plant in St. Louis. Fire officials confirm one person is dead and two others critically injured. One person suffered serious injuries and another, minor injuries. St. Louis Police have put out an APB for a vehicle associated with the shooting. It is a 2001 Nissan truck, pewter in color with Missouri tags "OKK 696". The suspect's name is Timothy Hendron, according to DMV records. Police have shut down Interstate 70 between Jennings Station and Union in both directions near the shooting scene. Several employees have been able to leave the ABB plant.

The shooting happened at 6:30 a.m. Several family members of employees say a man walked into the plant and opened fire. They say the shooter is a disgruntled worker.

People inside the building were hiding in the building and texting family members saying they were okay. Police have a building surrounded in the 4300 block of Semple. It is believed to be at the ABB plant. According to the Associated Press, Swiss-based ABB Group makes power transmission and industrial automation equipment. The company manufactures transformers at the St. Louis site, according to its Web site. It wasn't immediately known how many people work at the plant.

Police say the subject is armed with an assault rifle. The ABB plant is located near the Mark Twain building. Semple and Bircher are closed.

Neighbors in the area say the man may have been an employee for 25 years or more. They say the man saw two employees on the parking lot and fired shots at them. We will update the story as more information becomes available.
