I've always entered Old Bridge Dental Care with Dr. Weisfogel knowing that there wasn't going to be any pain. If there was it was maybe because I didn't get enough Novacane one time but he would stop his procedure, give me a little more Novacane and I was fine to go. I really felt comfortable in anything that he was going to do in my mouth with my teeth.

He actually makes you feel very comfortable, like probably anybody else you were very apprehensive and nervous to go to a dentist because you didn't know what work was going to be done. Everything was explained to me upfront; I knew what to look forward to or not to look forward to. Every time I left I felt very happy that I had him for a dentist. It's got to a point on some occasions, some of the work being done that wasn't drilling or other work and stuff, he'd have to tap me on the shoulder because I was falling asleep; that's how comfortable that I would get during some of his work.

I'd had some separation on my front two teeth; I had a gap in there and some of the other teeth had needed to be attended to. He said why don't we close your front teeth up and make a better smile and everything and he said we're going to do it this way and that way and he did and I was very pleased with it. Most of the time I would go around and keep my mouth just closed tight because I was very conscious of the gap in my teeth and now I have no problem smiling or showing people the work he's done.

All the work that Dr. Weisfogel has done in the past, I've never had to go back and redo it other than maybe a suggestion on his part when I might have had a cap or something that may give me or may not give me problems in the future because it has been in there for a long term of time. He wouldn't do any work without saying I think this is the right thing to do, your policy will cover that. I felt comfortable in his advice and we'd go ahead and change out a cap or something that would give me more longevity in the future with that tooth.

The staff at Old Bridge Dental's been great, I've had no problems. Before I make an appointment after previous dental work they discuss the time that it would be comfortable for me to be here or they worked around my work schedule. They'd always call me if there was another opening that I might want to come in earlier. I've never really had a cancellation on an appointment; if there would be I know that they would contact me ahead of time, it wouldn't be a last minute thing. They've been wonderful, they've always followed up on a root canal, they ask me at home how is it, do you feel okay? They become concerned about when you leave here, how you feel at home after a root canal or any other major dental work so they had follow up there by the next day.
