MMA Training circuit performed by Ross "The Real Deal" Pearson, Ultimate Force Lightweight Champ and others too numerous to mention. 8 exercises 45 sec each, total 6-min round. He performs 4 of these with 1 min rest. The drills are as follows: Snapdowns, Strap push-ups, Jumping pull-ups, Jumping lunges, Resistance band punches, Resistance band pummels/arm drags, Bench hops, Burpee pull-ups.
