The Power supply is very easy to install. Trust me...simply line up the screw holes. Now, if you have an older case, your power supply may be at the top of the case instead of the lower section. It should be quite obvious where it goes.

Depending on how much wattage your components use together should be one of the (if not the) main factors when you choose a PSU. Here is a google search for power supply calculators for you to use to get a better idea of how much wattage you will be using::

Now, a power supply is often overlooked and not taken so seriously by novice computer builders. The power supply is very important, a lot of the time when a computer fails, the problem could be the PSU. Make sure you don't go cheap here. You get what you pay for.
