Esperanto and Submission

It is easy to imagine that anyone who goes to Esperanto wants to be different from the society. He wants to believe in the world, in freedom, in peace, and in harmony.
The leaders of Esperanto are indeed presenting and selling this. But the reality is quite different. If you want to be part of this philosophy of freedom you have to be extremely obedient, submitted, and if possible not too intelligent.
You must always follow without thinking, a little bit like in a religion or a sect.
And anyone who is trying to apply freedom, peace, intelligence and initiative is not at all welcome to the world of Esperanto.
I met Esperanto in my life (Esperanto means to hope) and I very quickly lost any kind of hope.
