Summary: Danny from Cyber-Duck will present a webinar on the processes, resources and considerations that need to be in place before embarking on a digital project. In the webinar, Danny will reveal how to innovate in the fast-paced, evolving digital economy. Some underlying themes that he will cover are:

1. Strategy across different channels and devices - how does this tie into the enterprises’ business plan
2. Brief - The necessity of a good brief and what it should hope to achieve including goals and KPIs (this will go into marketing, branding)
3. Resourcing - Planning resources for the project
4. Methodology – Why its key to take a lean and user centric approach with continual QA throughout
5. Design heuristics – Why certain heuristics and principles are key to scalability and customer satisfaction
6. Technology – How technology can make or break a project and what you need to consider

Danny Bluestone created Cyber-Duck in 2005 out of his love to fuse design, usability and technology into a superior user experience. Cyber-Duck works internationally, with clients including Eurofighter Typhoon, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and IMI. During 2013 and 2014, Danny was voted by BIMA as one of the UK’s hot 100 digital professionals. He works with young communities such as Young Rewired State (YRS). Danny obtained an MA in Design for Interactive Media in 2003 from Middlesex University.
