He has been performing as a memory expert since 1991 when he took a memory training seminar.

He is a 2 time USA Memory Champion and set the record for the fastest to memorize a deck of cards in the USA in 2009. He has been featured as a memory expert on National Geographic's Brain Games and the History Channel's Stan Lee's Superhumans.

The new Fox tv show Superhuman with Kal Penn and Mike Tyson asked Ron to be their memory expert in season 1 and he memorized the names and numbers of 15 girls.
