It sounds like a nice edition but my guess is that the competitive CoD scene will ban about 50% of all the secondaries, perks, attachments and equipment. I'm not really sure how other competitive FPS's did things but was there seriously that much banning? I mean, if its built into the game then players should be able to use and learn to counter it. I think that would make the game more competitive and strategic. Two months and i imagine everyone in Blops2 will have the same pick 10.

Seems like it'll be interesting... Not sure how I feel about multiple perks... Will be interesting to see what happens with competitive in terms of banned things or limited number of perks or what have you.
