At the #PhRMA13 Annual Meeting, we convened a dialogue on how to get patients the information they need in this increasingly over saturated environment. Jeff Allen, executive director at Friends of Cancer Research; Paul Gileno, president and founder of the U.S. Pain Foundation; and Paul Howard, director and senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute's Center for Medical Progress discussed how patients are getting more and more involved in their health care decisions, but the volume of information available often poses a challenge that must be addressed.
