http://www.scuttledd.com -- Admiral Mike Mullen, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and highest ranking military officer in the US states clearly and succinctly that it is the untenable US national debt which is the most severe threat to US national security.

Only one candidate for president has addressed this issue and has a plan to fix it: Ron Paul. His proposed budget cuts $1 Trillion (that's $1,000,000,000,000.00) in year one, and balances the budget within three years.

As a veteran, Ron Paul believes in a strong national defense, and he receives more support from active duty service members than all other candidates COMBINED. His is the only plan to tackle the issue Admiral Mullen raised concerning the debt and its fundamental threat to US national security.
