1.) Perform a front lunge holding dumbbells at your side. when you set your feet back to center curl the dumbbells & press over head, alternate legs. 2.) Perform a side lunge holding dumbbells on either side of the knee that is stepping out. when you set your feet back to center curl the dumbbells & press over head, alternate legs. 3.) Step your right foot back to the 5 o'clock, while keeping your left leg straight @ the 12. Then step your feet back to center curl the dumbbells & press over head Step your left foot back to the 7 o'clock, while keeping your right leg straight @ the 12. Alternate legs. Perform all on set 1 before moving to set 2 & then set 3
