Here's a SUPER simple and equally intense Kettlebell Workout for you guys.. It is SO easy to design a High Intensity Kettlebell workout, pick some exercises, and go for BROKE! Make sure you have some rest in between sets, and record all of the workout variables (weight, reps, time, rest) so you can increase the intensity and FAT BURNING next session.
