Ingredients:

1 cup of caster sugar
1/2 cup of glucose syrup (corn syrup)
a few tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of citric acid
1 tablespoon of baking powder
food colouring
2 tablespoons of flavouring (I used strawberry)

for fizzy dust:
3/4 cup of icing sugar
2 tablespoons of citric acid
2 tablespoons of baking powder
powdered colouring

extra 2 tablespoons of citric acid to pour over at the end.

*note: if you want it more sweet than sour, don't add the citric acid into the mixture at the end*
