"How To Make A Friendship Bracelet"

Ok, so you need a gift for your bestie. You're thinking a BFF bracelet. Perfect! You want something a little more sophisticated than braiding embroidery floss, but you don't quite have the $100 you'd need to buy one of those trendy new chain link bestie bracelets. Plus, you want it to be more personal than something you just buy. She's your best friend, after all! Well, then why not make one of those chain link bracelets? Personal, in style, and totally affordable. Jamie's going to show you how.

Material List:

3 yards of rope
1 foot of chain
1 lobster clasp
3 split rings
Ruler
Pliers
Optional: Charm & pictures

Steps:

1. Cut rope 6x length of chain
2. Loop rope through first link on chain
3. Tie knot
4. Thread rope through chain
5. Knot rope
6. Thread on other side
7. Double knot both pieces of rope
8. Loop extra rope through top link
9. Add split rings
10. Add lobster clasp
11. Choose charm
12. Add charm
