So my waistline is 104.5cm now, 2.5cm down from my first measurement less than 2 weeks ago. I will gradually share with you the tips that I have been using each week, but this week the tip is that I have been eating a lot slower than I used to. This helps because it takes time for the stomach to send a signal to your brain to say that you are full, so if you eat too quickly, your stomach doesn't send the signal in time and therefore you have eaten excessive food which gets turned into fat.
