On Anti-Counterfeit Day Marcel Ghanem was replaced by a look-alike who impersonated him on the opening sequence of Kalam El Nas. The stunt was part of the integrated campaign created by Leo Burnett Beirut for the Brand Protection Group, "The closest things to you may be fake", to create awareness about counterfeit and replicate products and to notify the public about their hazard.
