In this video I describe the easiest method you can use to calculate the number of grams of macro-nutrients your going to need to cut and get shredded. This method is one of many methods; however, I have used it with great success.
NOTE: After calculating grams of macros, make sure you are getting at least 1g/pound of body weight of protein to maintain muscle mass during the cut...If not then play around with the ratios.
Here I used my preferred 40/40/20 split, you can feel free to use the 50/30/20 split or any other split you prefer...but its all about trial and error and what works for you
