Hi all
My arms have been bothering me for a while....I work them really hard but I cant seem put on any size or weight. They are 37cm(14.56inch) with no pump and can get to 41cm(16.14inch) with pump. My goal is 16 inch arms with out pump.
I have used creatine before with very pore results ...I gained maybe 1kg over the month i was using it. I have also used many different proteins.....I could make a list but just to name a few GNC 100% whey, Balance mass gainer and Musashi protein.
I welcome any tips and comments.
