As a response to a fan video from Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08, Tiger Woods and EA SPORTS demonstrate that the "glitch" Levinator25 thought he found in the game, is not a glitch at all.

It's not a glitch, it's in the game.

Hey, Nike had that "Woods walks over the water video" some years ago. Why would a reference to that be a glitch? Because it's not 1:1 the same?

It's not a glitch, it's just a programming mistake that we're too lazy to fix, totally not a glitch, I repeat, say it with me, noooooot a glitch.

EA has always been a bag of dicks. They only exist today because they created and distributed their own proprietary cartridges for early consoles, circumventing the requirement to have games certified by the console maker. The only reason video games are successful today is because Nintendo enforced quality assurance on all the games they released for the NES, re-establishing confidence in video games after it was completely destroyed during the Atari era. When all the games being released were rushed and simply uninspired, consumers stopped caring for video games. But Nintendo, releasing only what they knew was high quality, reversed it. Meanwhile, EA pumped out poor quality games for their system that not even collectors today would assign any value to. EA was, and still is, exhibiting behaviours that caused the video game industry to completely die. They rehash-rehash-rehash and push out buggy messes until no one trusts that games are actually worth their time anymore.

Careful, Mr. Woods, the last time a guy stood on water the Romans weren't too happy with it.

Nope, I'm over 21. Maybe I used poor choice of words in my first comment. What I meant is that it's been a long time since 2007, whole 9 years - it makes me feel old.
