So I made my station, and when I undocked one of the modules, I got some torquing from nowhere. No engines are engaged. SAS is off. This torquing eventually caused my orbit to decay. Initial orbit was somewhere around 118,000.

Another interesting thing to note is that when pressing the square bracket key, it switches between the main station and one of its docked nodes. At no point is that node undocked.
If you wish to undock this node, you have to have it selected as the current vessel. It's as if the station forgets that the node is even connected.

To reproduce the error, simply undock the ship that has the Mk3 pod from the truss segment which it is docked to. Load the ship called KSS from the tracking center.
