This 1996 Scared Stiff Pinball Machine was purchased from Cassandra Peterson (Elvira's) personal collection by Robert Winter www.robertwinter.com in 2002. I purchased this New in Box machine from Robert in March 2014 and had it shipped to San Antonio, Texas. Special thanks to "Trailer Dan" Johnson www.trailerdan.com for personally transporting and delivering this awesome pinball to my home on Saturday April 5, 2014. My son and I unpacked and set up the machine that night. I thought it would be cool to show how the machine was originally packed and the unpacking and setup process. There are 17 short videos showing from the time the machine was still in the box, to the unpacking process, to my son and me setting the machine up and playing our first game on it. Amazingly, the original 18 year old batteries had not corroded, so there was no damage to the circuit board. The machine arrived in perfect condition! Check out our responses to Elvira's call out when we collected our first "Dead Head" on video 17 of 17. The videos include:
(1 of 17 The unopened box).
(2 of 17 Cutting the box seal).
(3 of 17 The back of the machine).
(4 of 17 Unpacking the box with the legs and coin drawer).
(5 of 17 Coin drawer contents).
(6 of 17 Machine before putting on the legs).
