http://www.wellintolife.com -- Eden Energy Medicine practitioner Carey Phillips demonstrates The Cross Crawl, the second exercise in The Daily Energy Routine series. The Cross Crawl is designed to balance and harmonize energy, improve coordination, and clear thinking.

For Exercise 2, The Cross Crawl:
l. While standing, seated or lying down, lift your right arm and left leg simultaneously.
2. As you let them down, raise your left arm and right leg.
3. Repeat, this time exaggerating the lift of your leg and the swing of your arm across
the mid-line to the opposite side of your body.
3. If you can, twist so that your elbow touches your opposite knee.
4. Continue this exaggerated march for at least a minute, again breathing deeply in.

Note:
If doing The Cross Crawl tires you or leaves you feeling uncoordinated, do the Homo-lateral Crossover. - Lift then lower the right arm with your right leg, next lift and lower the left arm and left leg. Do this alternating movement for a count of 12. Then switch to the crossing over movement. Do this back and forth 3-4 times.
