Daniel Brumberg, Professor of Government at Georgetown University, presents his research on the sociopolitical effects the Arab Spring has had - and will have - on global autocratic regimes, and what those effects will mean for US foreign policy makers. His remarks are followed by comments from University of Denver Professor and former Dean of the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, Tom Farer. The lecture took place on April 2, 2013.
