The Johnson-Shaw Stereoscopic Museum in Meadville is a treasure trove. It presents a slice of cinematic history that is relevant to anyone who has watched a 3-D movie or looked at Viewmaster slides. It also enables modern minds to better understand the historic roots of primitive news gathering. This video offers a brief look at what is contained within the museum, but it truly needs to be seen to be fully appreciated because this video does not begin to scratch the stereoscopic surface.
