On April Fool's Day 2011 outside of the Hollywood Gold's Gym, while a parking enforcer was giving out ridiculous fines to the good people inside, an amazing citizen took it upon himself to boot the enforcer's car since it was parked in the red. He also left a clever little note to rub a bit more salt in the wound.

The sign reads:
WARNING: PROTECTED BY THE 1st AMENDMENT

YOU ARE ILLEGALLY PARKED
Do not attempt to move. The "boot" is now on the other foot. Happy April Fool's Day!
