This chickpea curry recipe and the garlic naan are from 'Veggie', the latest cookbook from The Curry Guy, aka Dan Toombs. The curry is super quick and easy to make, and very tasty. The garlic naan, like all leavened bread recipes, takes a few hours because the dough has to rise - it's well worth the wait though. I'm a big fan of Indian vegetarian cuisine.
