Professional carnivore Nick Solares looks back at three decades of eating pastrami at Katz Deli on Lower East Side. The neighborhood has changed significantly since he moved to Rivington Street back in the 1980’s but aside from the inevitable price hike, not much else has at Katz’s. Nick reminisces about his first visit and tells us why the pastrami is his favorite.
