The Auto Programmer for Create can help teach many students how to program. To use it, you have to push your robot and press the black button at the end of each step. The program records the movements, and after you signal that the program is over, it writes it them to a file.

The Auto Programmer can help teach many students how to program by actually writing the program for them. When the students would like to see how the program looks, they can study the code and consult the target manual to see how it works.

The Auto Programmer can also be useful for experienced Botballers. Instead of tediously programming the distance for the robot through trial and error, you can push the robot how far you want it to go, and then review the code. A great thing for those last-minute programmers.
