several inches of rain caused flooding on the Vermillion River in Illinois. On 10-24-09, Pontiac received 3 inches of rain which kept grounds Saturated. Several other days of rain kept ground saturated. On 10-29-09, 2 inches of rain fell, plus another 1.00 inch on 10-30-09. This led to a significant rise on the Vermillion River at Pontiac,Illinois. Check out the other 2 videos made from different locations. This was viewed at the Humiston Riverside (Duck Park). I also viewed the river alongside the Mill Street bridge (video 3) and near Chataqua Park (video 2)
