The US ambassador to Uganda Scott DeLisi says America will continue providing aid to HIV patients in the country but substantially scale down on its financial assistance in the tourism sector. The Ambassador says the move is part of America's review of its relationship with Uganda following President Museveni's televised enactment of the Anti-Homosexuality Bill two months ago. Chris Ocamringa spoke with Ambassador DeLisi about aid cuts in an exclusive interview in Kampala.
