Epic Army Of One
from the beginning to having mastered hitting long range targets, how many rounds does a sniper student go through?

This reminds me. DARPA just made a "one shot system" that basically straps a computer to a sniper rifle to take care of every possible calculation. I want to saw their leg off and beat them over the head with it. They break. All electronics will break or go wrong at some point in time. Fat lot of good that fancy new scope will do if it runs out of batteries. --- It may take longer to train a sniper to do the same things the computer scope will do in about three seconds, but that traditionally trained sniper will be a superior soldier.

Th US payes royalties to Mauser. The Springfield 1903 has a Mauser bolt - believe it or not! Basically all modern bolt-action rifles go back to this Mauser-consept concept somehow. It`s a copy.
