When customers and clients ask us what supplements they should be taking, we always recommend the "foundation". These three consist of: multivitamin, fish oil (omega-3) and protein. Most of us are missing sufficient amounts of these three things in our diet and by supplementing can make sure we are in optimal health and performance no matter what our goals.
