僵直性脊椎炎是以腰痛為主的自體免疫疾病,除了藥物治療外,非藥物的物理治療亦有重要地位,研究結果顯示讓患者接受為期三週的物理治療課程後,不管在主觀或者客觀的評估上皆獲得顯著改善,且效力最長甚至可持續九個月,持續運動可以減輕僵硬感,維持脊椎活動範圍及增進生活品質運動,且每天至少三十分鐘每週至少五次,運動種類以能活動關節但不劇烈碰撞衝擊關節的運動為宜,門診常碰到病友尋問要做什麼運動比較好,遂拍攝此短片供病友參考,影片內容以中華民國風濕病醫學會所建議的動作為主.
