Detective Sergeant Michael Moran specialises in the domain of online child exploitation and in his address to the Institute, he focused on Interpol's role in the fight against illegal content on the Internet, and on how Interpol cooperates with law enforcement authorities across the EU and the globe on this issue. He discussed the effect of the Internet on the abuse of children and explored the response of law enforcement authorities.

This is the fourth Justice Group roundtable on non-legislative measures against illegal and violent radical content on the Internet arranged by the IIEA, which is engaged in a 27-Member State project on this topic.

This event is part of the Justice Group's ongoing research programme on Justice and Home Affairs Policy
