Dexion's Pallet Shuttle System is a semi-auto­mated storage solution for handling of the goods inside the drive-in channels. This system prevents the forklift trucks of having to access the aisles hence offers an effective and time saving storage solution.

Handling of the goods inside the drive-in channels is done by the satellite shuttle which is remotely controlled by the user. Handling of the pallets outside of the rack is done with standard forklift trucks. The forklift will therefore not need to access the drive-in channel.

The pallets are placed on a Shuttle (a battery powered pallet cart) which arranges the pallets inside the rack.

The system can work either as FIFO or as LIFO, so it is a great alternative for Live storage and Drive-In Racking such as:
