This week, a video surfaced of a raccoon accidentally dissolving what appeared to be a block of cotton candy.
It turns out that the footage originates from a Japanese TV show. The cotton candy is meant to trick the raccoon.
The show demonstrates that raccoons have a tendency to wash their food.
Not only does the poor raccoon fall for the trick once. But the hungry trash panda is caught out a second time by the evil sugary trick.
Thankfully, on the third attempt it manages to finally enjoy the sweet treat.
