This Workout is Abs to Zen's Intermediate Body Sculpt with professional trainer Natalie Jill. This is Phase 3 of the body sculpt workout program which has some of the same exercises as phase 1 & 2, but also includes several additional circuits. If too challenging, begin with phase 1 or 2.

This is Phase 3, the most intense workout out of this series and the last phase of the body sculpt workout program. This workout program starts off with a Dynamic Warm-up, then goes into Lower Body exercises working the legs & butt. Next are exercises for the Core & Upper Abs, then the Core & Lower Abs. From there is the Upper Body (Shoulders, Arms, Cardio) exercises, and last is the Cool Down.

For this workout, although not required, all you need is a fitness mat and a pair of dumbbells. Make sure to try the other phases of this workout if you haven't done so already.

Try this workout 3 days a week on non-consecutive days, like mon/wed/fri or tues/thus/sat. For more workout options check out our other videos.
