my 2006 Spectra 5 with almost 200K. I started throwing a PO030 DTC MIL every few months and after replacing the front Ox sensor, I still had another DTC. 4 months later KMA released this TSB for the PO030 front Ox sensor heater circuit DTC. it involves replacing the terminal connector(s) in the main EFI harness, @%$#! I hate butchering a perfectly good harness. I can only assume the harness vendor has been changed and these terminal ends will provide the additional mechanical force needed to maintain a proper connection to the sensor heater circuit, they appear to be the same type of steel but have an additional pair of conductors inside the steel outer pair. obviously someone found a problem..............possibly the current draw through the terminal(s). I will try this end of the harness before I replace the PCM connectors in the harness also.
*Update: so far so good, 9 months and 35k, no DTC's again for the PO030 yet : )
