Yields: 10 to 12 servings

4 cups rolled oats
¾ cup wheat germ
¾ cup flaxseed meal
½ cup sunflower seeds
1½ cups almonds, walnuts, and pecans, coarsely chopped
¾ tsp. salt
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. maple syrup
½ cup honey
½ cup olive oil
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 cup dried cranberries

Preparation Directions:
~ Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
~ In a large bowl combine, oats, wheat germ, flaxseed meal, sunflower seeds, nuts; mix well.
~ In a saucepan combine salt, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil, cinnamon and vanilla; bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheets.
~ Bake 20 minutes or until toasted a golden brown. Stir once halfway through baking. Cool. Stir in cranberries.
