X-Plane Oculus Rift plugin (alpha 2)

Here's the progress I've made on my Oculus Rift plugin for X-Plane. I have my camera positioning problems mostly fixed now, and can actually fly around in VR. I'm going to put new new build up on the my website and work on getting a windows build up there as well.

Next priority is getting rid of Ibex. It introduces notable latency that can make things a bit uncomfortable at times. Hopefully it won't be needed in the next alpha.
